Farming is the story of two farmer's sons.
One has taken over the farm and the other has left. They come from a family where nobody touches anybody. More silence than speaking. All sorts of things hang in the air that remain unspoken. Fratricidal hatred and brotherly love fight for balance here. That one woman who is not there also plays a role.
The performance takes place against the background of the contemporary, complex life of Flemish farmers: the many challenges such as climate care, the clash of nature and agriculture, regulations but also family pressure and economic reality pass in review.
