Practical tips for more peace and harmony in your family As a parent, you want your child to feel good and grow up healthy. But how do you handle that when sleeping doesn't work, eating is a struggle, or emotions run high? In this interactive lecture, you will discover how to strengthen your child's well-being with simple, scientifically-backed tips. Slaapcoach Lise Dullaerts and pediatric dietitian Cathérine Heugens will work with recognizable questions and statements about sleeping, eating, and emotions. They will examine more than ten everyday parenting situations and help you understand how your child's sleep needs work, why nutrition is more than just filling them up, and how you can support your child in regulating emotions. This will give you more peace, confidence, and joy in parenting. You will receive concrete, achievable tips that you can apply immediately at home, you will discover what the facts are, which myths you can let go of, and how you can approach parenting with more peace, confidence, and joy. What exactly will you get out of this lecture? More peace and clarity: you will gain insight into what is normal behavior and what is not regarding sleeping, eating, and emotions in children from birth to preschool age. Less guilt: you will learn why struggles around sleeping, eating, and emotions are very common. Practical tools that are feasible in a busy family life. Reassurance: you will discover that good parenting is not about perfection, but about realistic and loving choices. Learning from experts and from each other: you will gain insights from two specialists and draw inspiration from the experiences of other parents. Who is Lise Dullaerts?
