Bookstart day: Book sniffing with Inge Umans

Tijdens de Boekstartdag, the library is entirely dedicated to the little ones. Reading aloud is a very intimate event. Your child on your lap, close together, getting lost in the story together. Books help young children discover language and learn new words. In every toddler book, there is a world full of imagination that comes to life together with an adult. During the book-sniffing session, Inge Umans takes you on a discovery tour. She tells stories, sings, and gives tips while responding to what happens spontaneously. You will learn which books are suitable and how you can read them aloud, at the rhythm of each child. For children aged 0 to 3 and their (grand)parents.
