Summer in Puurs with Maksim Live and Douwe Bob

The first stop in the Zomer van Puurs-Sint-Amands! Free performance by MAKSIM and Douwe Bob.  MAKSIM Live Since his role as Vince in #LIKEME , MAKSIM has built an impressive musical career. The pop singer scored hit after hit and broke through with his monster hit Ik Wil Dat Je Liegt , for which he was honored at both Zomerhit 2024 and the MIA’s 2025. In 2025, MAKSIM shared the stage with Guus Meeuwis and wrote and sang the new soundtrack for the popular VRT soap Thuis together with Niels Destadsbader. In November 2025, he also performed twice in the Lotto Arena with his own show, further confirming his live reputation. Douwe Bob Resting is not for this walking collection of contradictions. Douwe Bob is a daredevil and romantic, cocktail shaker and melancholic, party animal and father, poet and singer, writer and cook, rock-'n-roller and charmer, guitarist, pianist, city boy and nature lover... everything united in one person. Douwe Bob Posthuma (12/12/1992) broke through in 2012 as the winner of De Beste Singer-Songwriter van Nederland. With his participation in the Eurovision Song Contest with "Slow Down", he established himself as one of the most recognizable voices in the Netherlands. In 2023, he could be seen in Beste Zangers and The Masked Singer, and in 2024 he became the most played Dutch artist on the radio. Between 2023 and 2025, he scored six Top 40 hits, performed during sold-out club tours, major festivals, a theater tour, and an AFAS Live show. At the end of 2025, he presented The Story Of Country in Het Concertgebouw, a show that was completely sold out within three hours. In April 2026, his seventh studio album was already released.
