Robrecht Vanden Thoren looks at his sweetheart. There she sits, headphones on, thumb on the screen, probably looking for baby stuff. She wants a child. They are about to embark on that adventure - the last strip is out of the packaging, the hormones are finding their rhythm, life is ready for the next step. Just as it should be. But still, there is that restlessness: the world around him is raging. War, climate, the unhinged fellow human being. And then there is that other doubt - love itself.
