De Brugse Poort: colorful patchwork quilt or spotted mess

De Brugse Poort captures the imagination. A neighborhood with literally a smelly past, which now seems to be getting trendier. Today, the streetscape combines renewal with traces of the industrial past of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Here, cultures and generations meet, amicably or sometimes not.
