Land for Life
gives a hopeful picture of what the future of agriculture can look like.
Documentairemaker Rik van der Linden made a beautiful film about farmers on
Lenteland farms. Lenteland is a cooperative that makes it possible for farmers
to work the land in an environmentally friendly way. In this film, you see
how that works out in practice with the result on the first four
farms, the bumps and drivers of the farmers, and the ideas of
initiator Wouter Veer about making these places profitable.
After the film, there will be
a panel discussion with Jasmien Kerckhove from farm VOEdT in
Zwevezele, Wim Haeck from the company BioVar.be from Ruiselede, and Ingmar Van
Eenoo from the Cirkel from Wingene.
