The last family performance of the season is a special one: children and (grand)parents sit on the playing area, very close to the story and the railway tracks. Railway tracks? Yes! Every day, Vosse waits on the platform for visitors. People come, people go. But no one comes for her. Until she decides to go looking for visitors herself. She gets on the train and begins an adventurous journey full of surprises, encounters, and new friendships. In Op zoek naar bezoek takes us into an imaginative toy world of puppets, animations, and live video. While the train travels through a miniature world of railway tracks and landscapes, Vosse and the other travelers (you as the audience, that is) discover that it is not the destination that counts, but the friends you make along the way. With animations and projections, the world comes to life: trains arrive and depart, landscapes pass by, and crowds of people get on and off. And you are actively involved – you lay the train tracks, operate the railway bridge, and hold up the stop signs.
