After the VRT program ‘Wonder Boven Wonder’, partners in crime Stefan Paridaen, Piet Kusters en Kurt Demey present ‘Bewonderd’, a magical theater show full of humor, emotion, and unexpected turns, which will increase the serotonin level of every spectator. On stage, the three mentalists put the spotlight on the audience, thus putting the viewer in the spotlight. They are convinced that everyone deserves to be celebrated, and they do that in their own way, with the goal: bringing people closer together. What would the world look like if we all took care of each other? Do you feel a 'feeling of happiness' if you do something good for a stranger? Through illusionist techniques, the mentalists play on people’s behavior, such as influencing choices unnoticed. In that sense, the show builds on the approach of ‘Wonder Boven Wonder’: an interactive and emotional rollercoaster in which the audience plays the lead role. ‘Bewonderd’ will be a transformative theater experience in which strangers become friends, your view of the world broadens, and you discover that – without you realizing it – it might have been about you the whole time.
