With schntzl on the water

Met schntzl te water   Het Belgische duo schntzl presents their new album Fata Morgana in a setting that feels as illusory as the music itself: musicians floating on a raft between water and air, the audience bobbing around the sound. Hendrik Lasure and Casper Van De Velde make live electronic music that is simultaneously playful and confrontational, intimate and overwhelming. They move between trance and dada, between kitsch and disruption, between improvisation and explosion. With Fata Morgana , they open a universe of mirages: sounds appear, distort, and dissolve. What starts as a melody grows into a sonic wave; what sounds euphoric suddenly gets a sharp edge. A whirlwind of energy and imagination that gets an extra dimension on the water.
