A group of 60-plussers meets every week to, under supervision, loosen up their muscles a bit. But without tiring themselves too much. On a chair, taking it easy, no hassle. Until their faithful guide – himself no longer the youngest – suddenly passes away. His place is taken by an enthusiastic young spring-in-the-field, full of energy and grand plans. The chairs make way for gymnastics equipment and Olympic gold is his goal. Whether that is still their cup of tea, that is the question. One thing is certain: the new wind causes a lot of hilarity. A wonderful visual gymnastics comedy, a somersault of pleasure, full of crazy antics.
