Porte Bagage

Dutch drama/road movie, written and directed by Abdelkarim El-Fassi. The film highlights the themes of informal care, dementia, and family ties within a Moroccan-Dutch family. When caregiver Noor is offered her dream job as a chef in Paris, she can no longer care for her father Musa, who suffers from dementia. As a solution, she helps him emigrate to Morocco, which meets with resistance from the rest of the family.
