We each bring a story from The Canterbury Tales: Veronique tells the story of the Wife of Bath about a miraculous old woman. Hilde tells the story of the doctor about grief too great for tears. Written at the end of the fourteenth century, but more current than ever. De Dikke Dief is a physical, dark, and confrontational solo about loneliness, superiority, and the thin line between human and monster.
