Eefje de Visser returns to the Huysmanhoeve in Eeklo . On Saturday, June 20, she will perform an exclusive try-out there, before concluding her tour at just two summer festivals. With her hypnotizing alternative pop , Eefje de Visser creates a cinematic experience both live and on her records. Unpredictable choreographies, full vocal harmonies, and an enchanting light show take you into the sultry universe of the Dutch singer-songwriter living in Ghent. In September 2024, Eefje de Visser released her fifth album ‘Heimwee’ , the successor to the award-winning ‘Bitterzoet’ from 2020. In October 2025 - barely a year later - the second part appeared: ‘Vlijmscherp’ . It is the fiery and electronic counterpart to ‘Heimwee’, full of depth and danceability. Where ‘Heimwee’ sounded more organic and exuded more tranquility, ‘Vlijmscherp’ shows a colorful, energetic side. Both albums were written in the same period and together form a unique whole. Eefje de Visser played a sold-out try-out at the Huysmanhoeve in 2024, just before the release of ‘Heimwee’. Two years later, she returns with the sequel ‘Vlijmscherp’ under her arm. This summer, she is playing only two festival shows , at Pukkelpop and Lowlands, as the finale of the successful, sold-out Heimwee/Vlijmscherp tour.
