A group of 60-plussers meets every week to loosen up the muscles a bit without tiring themselves out much. On a chair, take it easy, no fuss. Until their loyal guide – himself no longer the youngest – suddenly passes away. His place is taken by an enthusiastic young spring-in-the-field, full of energy and grand plans. The chairs make way for gymnastics equipment and Olympic gold is his goal. Whether that is still everyone's cup of tea, that is the question. ..
