Tijs Vanneste & Tangled Horns (TATTOORIST - LIVE)

Aloha! Met Tattoorist - Live brings Tijs Vanneste together with Tangled Horns his road trip through Europe to the stage. The project grew out of the six-part Canvas series Tattoorist, in which Vanneste traveled as a traveling tattoo artist and storyteller through London, Paris, Rome, Amsterdam, Vienna, and Berlin and met artists there who exposed the soul of their city through their work. During this trip, new music was also created. For each city, Vanneste wrote soundscapes and arrangements that translate the atmosphere of the European cities into sound. Those compositions form the basis of Tattoorist - Live, a concert in which music, stories, and images merge. For the live performance, Vanneste is assisted by Tangled Horns, a guitar band from the Kempen region with a strong live reputation in Belgium and the Netherlands. Their raw energy gives the songs from Tattoorist a new intensity. The result is a musical spectacle in which European influences, rock energy, and personal stories come together. And guess what, they are also stopping in Bruges! On Saturday, October 24, they will be on stage together in De Kelk!
