Then join as a reading buddy at Boek & Babbels! Boek & Babbels, an initiative of FMDO, brings book lovers together with non-native newcomers. Share your love for reading during the bi-weekly reading cafés. You can read interactively in pairs and in groups. How does it work? Follow the free training on interactive reading on Saturday, April 11 in Muntpunt. Come twice a month to the reading café in Muntpunt, for two months. Talk in pairs and in groups about a book of your choice. Participate voluntarily in a national group activity of FMDO. Thanks to your efforts, a newcomer can practice Dutch, you help build his or her social network in Brussels, and you get a non-reader excited about reading, books, and the library.
