children's performance for ages 8 and up During a sleepless night, Celeste receives a visit from the mysterious Moon and his glowing helpers. The curious girl already knows a great deal about the solar system, but sets out with Moon in search of planets around other stars. These exoplanets are very difficult to find and study. Yet together they manage to unravel detection methods, followed by spectacular discoveries. In this way, the 'planet hunt' of astrophysicists is made understandable and presented at a children's level. In between, we explore exoplanets full of volcanoes, ice worlds, and even super-Earths. Will we also find a habitable planet, like Earth, around another star? A visit takes about 1.5 hours and consists of the planetarium performance above, followed by a projection of the starry sky, a visit to the telescopes in the observation tower, and the exhibition space of Cozmix.
