On July 11 and 12, 2026, the Malagne Gallo-Roman villa invites you to the "Gallo-Roman Rendezvous," a weekend dedicated to discovering Antiquity in a remarkable natural setting. Throughout the weekend, stroll through the heart of Celtic and Roman camps, discover the daily life of soldiers, explore ancient crafts, participate in creative workshops, or test your aim with Roman archery. This anniversary edition, themed around the horse, will also feature equestrian shows presented by the troupes "Les Portes de l’Histoire" and "Corpus Equitum Legionis X Equestris". Highlight of the weekend: the Gallo-Roman evening on Saturday, July 11. To celebrate the site's 30th anniversary, Malagne will offer an exceptional evening blending Celtic-inspired music, gladiator fights, a druidic ceremony, and a fire show, in a unique atmosphere at nightfall. On Sunday, a museum hub will be set up on the site, thanks to the presence of a dozen partner museums, offering various activities centered on history. An unmissable event for the whole family, featuring entertainment, encounters, and a journey into the heart of the Gallo-Roman world.
