BachPlus, founded in 2010 and led by Bart Naessens, is a Baroque ensemble that passionately dedicates itself to the work of Johann Sebastian Bach and his contemporaries. With a regular concert series and performances in Flanders and beyond, the ensemble made a name for itself through its penetrating interpretations of cantatas and major works such as the St. Matthew Passion and the Hohe Messe. BachPlus is known for its original programmatic approach and artistic openness, which makes their concerts intense musical experiences.
