Stories hidden in building stones, statues, stained glass windows... We highlight art styles from Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Classicism, and Neo-styles to idiosyncratic modern art forms. Tombstones show knights in full battle gear, ostentatious family crests, and honorary titles. We reflect on the broad history of the village and neighborhood. Amazing stories behind saint statues, sometimes with bizarre, gruesome attributes, are also not missing. The churches are at a turning point.
