When a disappearance is reported in a village in the Vlaamse Ardennen, it initially seems like a small incident. But it soon becomes clear that almost everyone has something to hide. Inspecteurs Walter & Silke begin an investigation that leads them past a colorful company of village figures, secrets, and hidden motives. Expect a crime comedy full of humor, suspense, and Flemish quirkiness, with a nod to classic detectives like Poirot and Knives Out. Just like the previous folk film by director Nicolaas Rahoens, Adam & Eva, a strong cast is brought together again, including Dirk Van Dijck, Tania Van der Sanden, Peter Van den Eede, Peggy Schepens, Carry Goossens, and Bob De Moor, supplemented by numerous local talents from the region. This film is only shown in cultural centers.
