Description? Sometimes it can be good to go out together for a while. During this comfort walk, we take the time to stand still at loss, missing, and difficult moments, in a quiet and warm atmosphere. Walking in nature creates space for meeting, conversation, or just being silent together. This walk is based on recovery, experiential learning, and reflection. From everyone's own experiences, we look together for what can give support, connection, and resilience. There is space to share, listen, and stand still at what helps you to move on. You don't have to prepare anything and everyone is welcome, regardless of your story or experience. We walk at a quiet pace, with attention to comfort, connection, and hope. In collaboration with UilenSpiegel vzw & de Hulster. Practical “Wandelen naar herstel: troostpadwandeling” is a monthly workshop given by Hadewijch, Kaat (experts by experience) & Katrien (quartermaster Aarschot).
