Daan - Crooner

For 30 years, Daan has been surprising his audience with a whirlwind of musical genres - from pop noire and indie rock to electro to country, beats, and ballads. Anyone looking for the common thread will notice that all those songs have something in common: the often melancholic and at the same time humorous lyrics full of visual metaphors (Daan is, after all, a graphic designer) and a (storm and) urge to translate this into almost baroque musical paintings. Especially for the theater halls, Daan is now taking the time to distill his songs and to share the stories behind his colorful life path and mysterious lyrics.
