Bowling Buffalo

1994. Kurt Cobain dies, the PlayStation is released, and in an unremarkable Flemish village, four girls are born. In their teenage years, they start helping out in Bowling Buffalo and at the age of thirty, all four of them still work there. Meanwhile, they have started to become part of the permanent furniture. They still smell like teen spirit and still play Crash Bandicoot while they bicker about their loose love lives, drink milkshakes, and smoke cigarettes. When one of them announces her departure and thus drags the concept of finiteness into a retro decor of timelessness, all pins fall over in record time.
