Step into a world where sound and breath become one.
‘The Sound of Breath’ is a lying-down concert where breath forms the common thread throughout the evening.
Wind instruments, including various flutes and didgeridoo, allow breath, vibration, and sound to merge.
These will be fine sound combinations with numerous other instruments, including singing bowls, cello, and soft percussion.
Each tone acts as a gentle breath, releasing tension, letting energy flow, and inviting you to surrender completely to the moment.
As you listen and breathe, a natural flow arises in which body and mind come into harmony, and a deep, serene peace slowly spreads.
This concert is a journey inward.
It is an invitation to expand your consciousness, open your inner space, and experience how sound gently guides you toward balance and relaxation.
Please provide your own yoga mat, a blanket, and possibly a pillow for your head.
This way, you can enjoy this soothing lying-down concert in complete comfort.
