VLAMO vzw | Regio West-Flanders : Evaluation concerts 2026

VLAMO vzw | Regio West-Flanders is organizing evaluation concerts for all orchestras, within every discipline, on October 3 & 4, 2026 in the Concertstudio van Muziekcentrum Track in Kortrijk . For one association, an accessible alternative to a competition; for another, a good way to measure and improve their own quality in preparation for a competition or concert. After an evaluation concert, you return to rehearsals with a stronger group and valuable feedback. How does an evaluation concert differ from a competition? Orchestras are not divided into series or divisions. A ranking is possible upon request: groups then perform at least 1 competition piece from the division in which they wish to be included. The choice of program is completely open. For whom? Musical groups of at least 13 people Compensation: Upon participation in a VLAMO evaluation concert, affiliated groups receive an all-in expense reimbursement of 600 euros Registration for the 2026 Evaluation Concerts is possible via this link until June 14, 2026. Places are limited. If there are too many candidates, the time of registration will be decisive.
