Organ Concert Nicolas De Troyer

Nicolas De Troyer studied at the Lemmensinstituut in Leuven with Reitze Smits and Luc Ponet, and obtained his specialization degree in organ there with the greatest distinction and congratulations from the jury. At the KU Leuven, Nicolas acquired the diploma of Master of Arts in musicology. He became a laureate of the Axion Classics competition of Dexia Bank, of the international organ competition in Leiden in the category Organ music 20th century, and of the international César Franckconcours in Haarlem. Nicolas is an organ teacher at the LUCA School of Arts Campus Lemmens. In 2019, he was appointed as titular organist of the Saint Bavo Cathedral in Ghent. Thus, a dream came true.
