PRIMAVERA Spring concert by Koninklijk Koor & Orkest Zanglust - Tielt

While nature is in bloom and the days are getting longer, we at Koninklijk Koor and Orkest Zanglust are feeling the musical itch. We therefore cordially invite you to PRIMAVERA , our atmospheric spring concert on Saturday, June 6 . For this program, we have chosen music that perfectly matches the awakening of nature. Together, choir and orchestra bring a beautiful variety of works: from the classical tradition of Joseph Haydn and Robert Schumann to the warm, contemporary sounds of John Rutter and Eric Whitacre. Instrumental gems by Leó Weiner and Jean Sibelius should also not be missing on this evening. This concert heralds a special, new chapter for Zanglust. It is our first performance under the direction of our new conductor , Joeri Van hove . Over the past months, we have worked on this repertoire with great enthusiasm and renewed energy, and we are very much looking forward to sharing the result with our audience for the first time.
