Questions

Why is it so affordable right now?
We're onboarding our first 5 hotels and want them to become great references, so the Pilot setup rate is our founding-partner price — the lowest rate we offer, and it stays yours for as long as you stay. It's reserved for those first pilot hotels.
Are prices including VAT?
All prices are excluding VAT (+ 21% Belgian VAT where applicable). You'll receive a proper invoice from ABSS Analytics each month.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in — it's month-to-month and you can cancel any time. Setup (normally €199, for building and branding your page) is waived for our first five pilot hotels in exchange for product feedback.
Can these prices change?
As a founding partner you keep our lowest rate — you'll always pay less than our standard pricing, for as long as you stay. We keep prices as stable as we can, but can't freeze them forever; if we ever need to adjust your rate we'll give you clear advance notice. It's month-to-month with no lock-in, so if a change doesn't suit you, you can cancel anytime.
What counts as “custom work”?
Your setup already includes your branded page, curated scrolls, the AI concierge, hourly updates and your own links. Custom work is anything bespoke on top of that — special integrations, a custom domain, extra languages, unique features or design. That's the Premium Custom tier (from €999), always scoped and quoted upfront, and only started once you approve.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days. Send us your logo, address and the links you'd like to feature, and we'll build your branded concierge and send you the QR codes and print-ready flyer.
