What's the difference between Lite, Pro and Enterprise?
Lite answers questions about the city — what's on tonight, live music, family activities, restaurants and hidden gems near you. Pro adds your hotel itself: breakfast times, parking, spa, check-in/out, pets, room service and more, so the AI becomes your hotel's own 24/7 multilingual concierge rather than just an events guide. Enterprise adds integrations and in-chat bookings (PMS, spa/restaurant/transfer bookings, WhatsApp, analytics, multiple properties).
Is there a setup fee?
No — there's no setup fee, and new hotels get their first month free. After that it's simply the monthly plan (Lite €99, Pro €199, Enterprise from €399), month-to-month with no lock-in. We build and brand your page for you at no extra cost.
Are prices including VAT?
All prices are excluding VAT (+ 21% Belgian VAT where applicable). You'll receive a proper invoice from ABSS Analytics each month.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in — it's month-to-month and you can cancel any time. There's no setup fee, and your first month is free.
Can these prices change?
It's month-to-month with no lock-in. We keep prices as stable as we can, but can't freeze them forever; if we ever need to adjust your rate we'll give you clear advance notice, and you can cancel anytime.
What counts as “custom work”?
Lite and Pro already include your branded page, the AI concierge, hourly updates and your own links. Custom work is anything bespoke on top — PMS or booking integrations, a WhatsApp channel, guest analytics, multiple properties, a custom domain or unique features. That's the Enterprise tier (from €399/mo), always scoped and quoted upfront, and only started once you approve.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days. Send us your logo, address and the links you'd like to feature, and we'll build your branded concierge and send you the QR codes and print-ready flyer.
