Tijdens Open Monumentendag, Heemkundige Kring Libbeke and Natuurpunt put this hidden gem in the spotlight. For the first time, the gates and doors of this historic house and the special pinetum are opened to the general public. On the opening evening on Saturday, September 12, we invite you to a fascinating lecture by Jean Halflants. He takes us into the fascinating story of the Ickx family and the Rozenhof, a home that was owned by the Ickx family for almost two centuries. Op Zondag September 13 you get the exceptional opportunity to visit both the home and the impressive pinetum. Walk through a garden with more than 400 species and varieties of conifers.
