During this try-out, Trixie Whitley brings her new work to the stage for the first time. Expect an intense, close-up live set: subdued where possible, powerful where necessary. Trixie Whitley has been walking her own musical path for years, somewhere between raw intensity and fragile intimacy. Raised between Ghent and New York and immersed in music from an early age, she grew into one of the most quirky voices of her generation through, among other things, Daniel Lanois’s Black Dub and her solo work.
