The lady and Meneer Liefmans live life, day after day, as it should be. He with his nose in the bookkeeping and bar charts, she busy dusting off all the memories. And in between, the nanny, the dog Nana, raises their offspring while wagging her tail. But in the no-man's-land between dream and reality, the whole world lies open. There in Neverland lives he: Peter Pan! Between fierce pirates, bloodthirsty crocodiles, and lovely fairies, he makes his way through your darkest thoughts. He shaves past all hidden wishes and tickles your greatest fears. Only to tuck you in again the next morning, with a head full of longing. Longing for more, for more... for Neverland and Peter Pan! Met Ida Van Dril and Joost Van den Branden, two absolute top performers from the figure theater of the Lage Landen, are on stage together for the first time. They are creating 'Peter Pan' from the conviction that we must continue to tell hopeful stories like these, in a colorful celebration full of image, language, and music.
