In the 16th century, the Fiamminghi adopted the visual language of the Renaissance: naked bodies, heroic fighting scenes, and playful putti. But what do those sculptures say about the society of that time? About the position of women in the 16th century? And how do we look at artworks full of violence, kidnappings, and rapes today?
A guide will lead you through the exhibition with a critical, contemporary view. No group needed for this walk-in tour: join individually, with friends, or family. We limit the groups to 15 people, so be quick.
