Introduction to improvisation workshops

The introductory workshops are intended for people aged 18 and over (and all ages are welcome) who wish to discover theatrical improvisation. No prior knowledge or skills are required! In twelve weekly workshops, come and discover the art of improvising with an experienced and caring coach, certified by the FBIA. The AII will allow you to explore the basics of theatrical improvisation and its techniques through various tools: Listening Spontaneity Letting go Oral and physical expression Creativity Acting Time and space management Universe and character building Team cohesion etc. Theatrical improvisation is a collective discipline where the entire game is to build improvised scenes together. Our introductory workshops promise great encounters and a lot of fun! During these 3 months of initiation, you will explore artistic tools that will allow you to discover and then progress collectively and individually in the discipline. Although these tools can help with self-confidence, they are used solely for artistic and not therapeutic purposes.
