L’image élargie

"Presented at the Chapelle de Boondael in Ixelles from 5 to 29 November 2026, the exhibition The Expanded Image showcases the work of a collective of artists based at the Usquare studios. The project challenges the traditional boundaries of photography by reinventing its materiality in the digital age. By bringing photography into dialogue with other media, such as weaving, painting, collage, analogue photography and 3D printing, the artists transform the photographic image into texture, pattern and sculptural form. Opening hours Thursday to Sunday, from 2 pm to 8 pm. Opening reception 5 November, from 5 pm to 10 pm. Closing reception 29 November, from 5 pm to 10 pm.
