This heartwarming film is shown in Dutch with French subtitles and takes young and old into the world of emotions. In an accessible and relatable way, it shows how feelings play an important role in our daily lives.
With this film, we support the campaign ‘Samen Veerkrachtig - Mentale Gezondheid of Youth’, with which we want to highlight the importance of mental well-being and resilience in children and young people.
The film is followed by a short post-screening discussion by a child psychologist, who offers tools to start a conversation with children about emotions and well-being. In addition, you will receive some practical tips on general well-being and mental health, supplemented by inspiring reading tips for children and young people.
