Signing a sales compromise is, in principle, simple: an apartment, a buyer, a seller. Well... in principle! Denis (a sparingly prolific playwright) thinks he has found the ideal buyer for his apartment. He asks his old friend Martin (a comeback actor, reassuring and somewhat unpredictable) to help him receive the buyer. Very quickly, this meeting, meant to be a simple formality, turns into a verbal joust! Lies, surprises, and truths, and the compromise becomes a true theatrical fireworks display!
