In België this Dutch pop duo is still relatively unknown, but in the Netherlands they already had quite a bit of success with several sold-out club tours and shows as a support act for Miss Montreal. They scored hits with, among others, ‘Kom Je Me Halen’ and ‘Beetje Gek’ and they also received quite a lot of airplay on Radio 2 over the past year. Now they are going into the theater for the first time. Bart Maessen and Robin Zomer have known each other all their lives and translate their shared ups and downs into honest, Dutch-language pop. Previously, they were already described by De Telegraaf as the new ‘Nick & Simon’. In this intimate performance, they bring their personal songs to life with candid stories, humor, and emotion. From friendship and being single to loss and fatherhood: as best friends and colleagues, they take you into their world, with the same energetic craziness that characterizes their shows and popular online videos. During the making process of this performance, the childhood friends are assisted by Remco Veldhuis (Veldhuis & Kemper).
