Stan is a hardworking, common man who is happily married to Trees. Yet something is wrong in their marriage: Stan is struggling with a problem that men prefer not to talk about. His best friend Gerard tries to help him... but whether that really makes the situation better remains the question. Meanwhile, crazy Lewieke also comes knocking on Trees' door with marital problems, and a mysterious baroness suddenly appears. Misunderstandings, secrets, and hilarious situations pile up in this wildly comic comedy in which there is clearly a hair in the butter (a fly in the ointment).
