Exhibition at the Tourism Office: ZAD - Ardennes and Berry, two distant sisters…

La Maison du Tourisme du Pays de Vesdre has the immense joy of welcoming Artiste Isabelle Vandenbosch, under the artist name ZAD, for an exhibition within its Art Space "Les Ploquettes", from October 17th to November 8th, 2026. Isabelle Vandenbosch makes her painting debuts in the studio of Marie-Thérèse Lemoine, trained at the Liège impressionist school of landscape. Si Isabelle Vandenbosch has her oil painting technique, ZAD works essentially in acrylic and her subjects are born from the landscape of Berry where she has lived since 2008, prolonging her profession as a tourist guide. ZAD has the pleasure of showing you her new living places. But where is this Berry if not around George Sand? Ardennes and Berry, two distant sisters... Albert Moxhet, well known to the people of Verviers, her friend for a long time, has always encouraged and supported her in her creative approach. His passing in May 2024 left a gaping door on an unfinished discussion about the parallels between Ardenne and Berry, the similar landscapes, costumes, traditions and common authenticity, two lands of legends... The Artist dedicates this exhibition to him, making reference to his book "Ardennes et Bretagne, les sœurs lointaines".
