Hello, it's war
Edith Cavell among the Belgians
Hello! It's war! Edith Cavell among the Belgians is a show that revisits, with humor and emotion, a little-known page of Belgian history. Inspired by the fate of Edith Cavell, a heroic nurse of the Première Guerre World War, it offers a crazy journey through our country.
On stage, four performers and a musician take hold of Belgian history like a playground. In a frantic performance, they jump from one role to another, crossing paths with other figures relegated to the margins.
Between a scenic road movie and a musical, the show blends live songs, catchy rhythms, and theatrical scenes full of fantasy. The goal: to bring back to life people who marked history, but whose stories have been erased.
Hello! It's war! offers an experience that is at once festive, quirky, and meaningful, where humor dialogues with the depth of our collective memory.
