Parents' café & activities for children

Brede School Ukkel is organizing, in collaboration with HOPON and Het Huys, several parents' cafes with entertainment for children. Parents are welcome to exchange views, accompanied by an expert, around various themes related to education. Talk about healthy eating with an expert from Hopon and other parents, while your child participates in creative workshops. It is important to eat in a structured way and at fixed times. But how to go about it concretely? How to ensure that the whole family has breakfast together? What to do if a child does not like a food? What effect do sweets have on our body and what is the importance of fiber-rich products? We will cover all these topics together during this parents' cafe. There is also time for questions.
