‘Nu zijt Wellecome’, ‘Maria die zoude naar Bethlehem gaan’, ‘Herders Hij is geboren’,...
It is an annual Davidsfonds tradition in churches throughout Flanders to sing the Christmas carols together on Boxing Day that belong to our oldest heritage, which we know and cherish.
Singing together does you good, strengthens the sense of community, and brings the authentic Christmas event back to life.
The church of Haasdonk is once again our home base. Choir PRO MUSICA conducted by André De Wael, organist Franky Wagemans and Zander De Smet, guitar, will lead the Christmas sing-along. Texts by Manu Verhulst will alternate with the Christmas carols. A Christmas drink will be offered afterwards.
Free admission.
Songbooks (for a fee) are offered without obligation.
Those who wish can contribute to a good cause.
