WHOLES ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ WHOLES is the sound of restlessness, of thoughts that pile up incessantly, deafeningly. Roaring and thundering, the cracking of bones. Leden van Elefant, Pink Room, Hypochristmutreefuzz, and kolektiv find each other somewhere between Housewives, David Sylvian, Devo, and Gilla band. BLISTERS ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ BLISTERS is a new four-piece band from West and East Flanders. Everything they do arises from experiment; 5 completely different musical backgrounds are thrown against the wall and what sticks is a mix of garage punk, socially engaged eighties hardcore, and pumping noise rock in a new patched-up denim jacket. Echoes of Cro-Mags, Minor Threat, Hüsker Du, and Meat Wave merge with Jesus Lizard, Shellac, Slint, and Butthole Surfers. In 2025, they dropped a first EP and steadily built a solid underground live reputation in the best punk venues Flanders has to offer. They were also immediately picked up by Sound Track, the music competition of vi.be and the club circuit.
