Augustijn Vermandere

Now that father Willem is stopping his singing, son Augustijn continues with 'full gusto' in West Flemish. Augustijn brings pop songs with feeling and engagement, which are a plea for modesty, individuality, and critical sense. His songs hover between pop and kleinkunst, narrative pearls taken from life, full of (self-)relativization; his concerts are disarming and touch every audience. Augustijn brings songs from his most recent record EN/OF alongside numerous other songs in GC het Marca together with 2 musicians.
