Autumn Concert 2026 with soloists Karen Su and Ruben Plazier

A musical afternoon to look forward to! On Sunday, November 8th, 2026 at 2:30 PM, the Mechels Harmonie Orkest invites you to a special Autumn Concert in cc BINDER Forum in Puurs-Sint-Amands. Under the direction of Erwin Pallemans, the orchestra presents a captivating program with two fantastic soloists: Karen Su on violin and Ruben Plazier on piano. Karen Su is not just any violinist: in 2024 she was a laureate of the prestigious Koningin Elisabethwedstrijd for violin and made it to the final, where she performed the violin concerto by Brahms and work by Thierry Escaich together with the Belgian National Orchestra. Ook Ruben Plazier is a trusted musical partner of Karen Su. Together they form a violin-piano duo and regularly share the stage. Two soloists, a driven concert band, and an afternoon full of wonderful music. Surely you don't want to miss that? Reserve your seat and experience this special musical meeting live!
