Flavio & Antonino Maddonni - Violin and guitar recital

Brothers Flavio and Antonino Maddonni have been playing together since their early childhood and obtained their diplomas at the N. Piccinni Conservatory in Bari. Flavio Maddonni is a versatile musician who is active as a soloist and chamber musician, both in his native Italy and far beyond. His career took him from Italy to Sweden, Tunisia, Germany, Austria, Romania, Bolivia, Argentina, and Ecuador. He worked there with prominent musicians, such as Laura De Fusco, Konstantin Bogino, Benedetto Lupo, Emanuele Arciuli, Mario Caroli, and Javier Girotto. Antonino Maddonni, winner of various national and international soloist competitions, founded the Trio Mauro Giuliani in 1987. With this ensemble, he won numerous international awards. His artistic path is remarkably versatile: from classical to contemporary, from experimental multimedia to improvisation. He creates both music theater and chamber music productions that dialogue with painting, visual arts, and poetry.
