Welcome Home: the Testachats fair for better consumption

Since 1957, the consumer association Testachats has been defending your rights with complete independence. On November 14 and 15, 2026, Testachats opens its doors to you at Palace 7 (Brussels Expo) with Welcome Home, an event that puts the consumer at the center and where you can ask all your questions. You know Testachats for its product tests, its fight against fraudulent practices, and its help when you have a problem with a company. For a weekend, discover behind the scenes. Don't expect a classic trade show: you will find concrete tips to save money, personalized and independent advice, an overview of how products are tested, as well as interesting offers. The focus is on everyday themes: energy, telecom, insurance, mobility, household appliances... On-site, you will be able to: - Attend conferences and workshops - Discuss one-on-one with experts on topics of energy, telecom, and notary procedures. - Enjoy exclusive offers proposed by companies we have selected for the quality of their products and services, without you being obliged to make a purchase. Whether you are preparing a purchase (from a smartphone to a washing machine) or a more ambitious project (like a loan to renovate your home), Welcome Home gives you the keys to decide with complete confidence. Book your €16 entrance ticket now: Testachats members benefit from a reduced rate of €6.
