Classical at the Abbey: Sergei Redkin

An award-winning pianist To celebrate the end of the season, Classical at the Abbey honors the second laureate of the Concours Reine Élisabeth 2021: the Russian pianist Sergei Redkin, who distinguishes himself by his great imagination and intensity. An exceptional performer who proposes a unique concert project. "The Seasons" is indeed a poetic cycle in which Redkin interweaves his own improvisations with the movements of the suite by Piotr Tchaïkovski dedicated to the months of the year, thus transforming the recital into a continuous personal narrative.
